SenateSHJ developed a change communication approach to support process improvement for Rio Tinto’s Technology and Innovation division. These process improvements supported Rio Tinto’s goal of becoming the sector leader in value creation by embedding a common processing methodology across all sites.
To help drive engagement around the new methodology, SenateSHJ designed and facilitated strategies in Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Salt Lake City, Utah. We also worked with the project teams to design their site-specific engagement strategies and project storylines, and to identify any issues that were likely to arise.
The success of this activity led it to become a global approach to change communication for process improvement at Rio Tinto.
